of John Fiery Construction, Inc. Before owning his own business, John worked for over 15 years for a major
general contractor in southern NH, where he learned every aspect of residential contruction.
John and his crew have successfully completed projects using many different building technologies,
including log homes, timberframes, post and beam, SIPS (structural insulated panels), ICF (insulated
concrete forms), modular, and of course conventional stick built.
But it's not just about new construction. John and his crew are experts at renovations and remodeling.
In fact, they have carefully restored, renovated and updated antique homes and barns that are up to 200 years old!
John and his crew know that continuing education is crucial to keeping up with the latest in building
technologies, and already this year they have attended classes and seminars in such areas as window
installation, updates involving structural connections in the 2006 IRC (building code), broadening thier
knowlege of ICFs, and learning the latest in engineered lumber and components.
In addition, John is a Certified Green Professional, a Certified Graduate Builder, and a
Certified NH Builder (candidate). All these designations are awarded after completed many hours of
classroom study as well as years of work experience. They must be maintained with a yearly committment
